Courtland – Born in northwest Venezuela on December 4, 1948, Yovanny Millano brought his family to North America in the mid-1990s, first finding a new home in Canada before relocating to the U.S. in 1998. Mr. Millano is survived by his wife of 48 years (Nancy), his daughters Soiky Jones (Daniel), Loida Dongarra (Troy), and Rut McCormick (Jeff), as well as 9 grandchildren (Jonathan, Ariel, Joanna, Madeline, Isabella, Erik, Eva, Jordan, and Wesley), and siblings in Venezuela. He will be dearly missed by those who loved him and looked up to him. A memorial and celebration of life will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday October 7, 2023, at the Norfolk Living Water Church (967 Newell Avenue, Norfolk, Virginia).
