Windsor – William Joyner "Billy" Warren, 72, passed away May 27, 2017 at Sentara Obici Hospital. He was a native of Nansemond County and a son of the late John Wesley Warren and Shirley Elizabeth Joyner Warren. He was predeceased by his first wife Mary Crumpler Warren.

Billy was an Army Veteran and retired from NAPA Auto Parts.

Left to cherish his memory is his beloved of thirty years Peggy Carr, his daughter Cindy Clements (Jason), step-daughter Betty Story (Wayne) and a step-son William E. "Bubba" Carr, Jr., four grandchildren, Drew Clements, Ryder Gardner, Kristine Pearce and Stacy Story.

A graveside service with Military Honors will be held Monday June 5, 2017 at 12 noon at the Albert G. Horton Jr Memorial Veterans Cemetery, 5310 Milner's Rd. Suffolk, VA with the Rev. James H. Hyatt, Jr. officiating. www.wrightfuneralhome.org
