Suffolk – William David "Billy" Nichols, 75, passed away on November 21, 2022 in his home.  Born and raised in Suffolk, he was a son of the late Augusta Belmont Nichols and Julia Lynch Nichols.

Billy was a retired mechanic for Franklin Equipment Company with 39 years of service.  He served in the US Army in Germany.

Left to cherish his memory is his son, William David Nichols, Jr. of Suffolk, a sister, Betty Jean Needham of Virginia Beach, and two grandchildren.

Services will be private.
