Franklin – William Kenneth "Bill" Osborne, 67, passed away November 3, 2017 at Sentara Obici Hospital. Bill was a son of the late William Edward Osborne and Virginia Marie Bryant Osborne.

Bill was a US Marine Corp Veteran and was employed at Hart Construction.

Left to cherish his memory are two daughters, Rachel Osborne of Hampton and Billie Jo Osborne of MA, five sisters, Kathryn Nelson of Virginia Beach, Janice Boatwright of Suffolk, Betty Sawyer of Franklin, Judith Osborne of SC and Carrie Schnur of Courtland, a brother Walter "Bud" Sawyer of Franklin and seven grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 7 PM Monday November 13, 2017 in Wright Funeral Home, Franklin.
