Waverly – William Warren Neblett, Jr., 48, passed away unexpectedly September 5, 2021 in Southside Regional Medical Center.

Warren was a graduate of Sussex County High School and the owner of Neblett Inc., a successful logging company. He was a hard-working man, who loved even harder as a husband, father, and pop pop. Warren was an avid gun collector, who enjoyed target shooting and riding his Harleys.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Rachel Lynne Neblett; his mother, Shelby Edwards (Donald) of Franklin; his father, William Warren Neblett of Florida; his step-grandmother, Rosie Barrett of Maryland; six children, Crystal Englehart, James Neblett, Jessica Neblett, Brittany Byrd, Autumn Lewis, and Wyatt Neblett; two brothers, Paul Neblett (Heather) and Brian Neblett (Maggie); six grandchildren, Jaden Harmon, Brennan Hill, Gus Cummings, Kallie Lewis, Nova Reeves, and Mia Lewis; and his mother-in-law, Barbara Daisey.

Warren is predeceased by his grandmother, Amelia Barrett; his grandfather, Eugene Barrett; his grandmother, Alease Neblett; his grandfather, James Neblett; and his father-in-law, Tyrone Clark.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2PM Saturday, September 11, 2021 in Waverly Baptist Church with Pastor Jim Jones officiating.  The family suggests that memorial donations be made to the Virginia Citizens Defense League or the NRA.
