Franklin – Vivian Louise Vick Rose, 67, died August 19, 2008. She was born in Suffolk, the daughter of the late William Dean and Louise Vick, and was predeceased by a granddaughter, Christian Louise Rose and a brother, Alvin M. Vick. She was a member of Newsoms Baptist Church and attended Mt. Carmel Christian Church.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 49 years, Aurdon Spencer Rose; two daughters, Teresa R. Parker and husband, Alvin, and Tammy R. O'Donnell and husband, Mike, all of Franklin; and four grandchildren, Krystal and Lee Leggett, Michael Duff, and Tyler Johnson.
The funeral will be conducted Saturday at 2 pm at Wright Funeral Home with the Rev. Kenneth Williams officiating. Internment will follow in Hollywood Cemetery, Newsoms. The family will receive friends Friday from 7 to 8:30 pm at the funeral home and suggests that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to Aurdon Rose to help with expenses. www.wrightfuneralhome.org
