Windsor – Troy Justin Stephens, 33, passed away July 25, 2020.

Left to cherish his memory is his mother Donna Wagner Weaver (Billy), his father Irvin L. Stephens, Jr (Robin), a son Troy Justin "T.J." Stephens and his mother Felicia Kerr, a sister Shaia Loving, two brothers, Corey Stephens (Sarah) and Trey Stephens (Destinee), a niece Carter Anne, and his paternal grandfather Irvin L. Stephens, Sr. (Sherrie).

Troy was predeceased by his paternal grandmother Lena Roberts and his maternal grandparents, Connie and Billy Wagner.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Troy will be held at 11 AM Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at the Ben S. Dillon Life Center with Pastor Danny Dillon officiating.
