Capron - Tracy Warren Parham White, 57, sadly and unexpectedly passed on October 9, 2020.

She is survived by her husband Robert (Bobby) Brook White, Jr., her mother Joyce Warren Parham of Capron, VA,  her brother Frank E. Parham of Chesterfield, VA, her two loving aunts Judy Davis of Yorktown, VA and Barbara Bryant of Courtland, VA and many cousins.

She was preceded in death by her first husband Jeffery Outler, father Louis H. Parham and her paternal and maternal grandparents.

She was a lifelong resident of Southampton County and graduated from Southampton Academy.  Her passions were flowers and gardening, yard sales, flea markets and her animals.  For the last 10 years she has served as a faithful caregiver to her mother.  Everyone that knew Tracy knows that she marched to her own drums and lived life to the fullest.  She will be missed.

A celebration of life will be in the near future.
