Carrsville – Thomas Clifton "Tommy" Joyner, 61, passed away October 31, 2021 in Consulate Healthcare of Windsor.  Born in Suffolk, he was a son of the late James Elisha Joyner and Nell Fleming Joyner.  He is also predeceased by his wife, Teresa Louise "Terri" Joyner.

Tommy was a 1978 graduate of Isle of Wight Academy and a graduate of Newport News Apprentice School.  He was a Master Electrician and an amateur radio enthusiast.

Left to cherish his memory is a daughter, Kimberly Ann Bentley (Kevin) of Cartersville, GA; a son, Zachary James Joyner of Carrsville; a brother, Gregory Joyner (Lori) of Zuni; two grandsons, Waylon and Cooper Bentley; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A Graveside Service will be held at 2PM Friday, November 5, 2021 in Mt. Carmel Christian Church Cemetery with Pastor Chuck Worth officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at Walter's Community House.
