Newsoms- Everett Thomas Daisey, Jr., 78, of Newsoms, Virginia and formerly of Parksley and Richmond, Virginia, passed away on February 17, 2013. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of fifty one years Nancy Thorpe Daisey; three children, Elizabeth Anne Padgett, Rebecca Mears Daisey, and Everett Thomas Daisey III; and two grandchildren, Taylor Elizabeth Barnwell and Destry Thomas Barnwell. A visitation will be held Thursday from 5 to 7PM at Wright Funeral Home, Franklin. To honor his request, there will not be a funeral. A private burial will be held at a later date.
