Franklin – Thomas Lee Pugh, 61, passed away June 21, 2017 at his home after a long illness. Thomas was a 1975 graduate of Franklin High School and was a truck driver for Estes Express Lines for 39 years. Thomas was predeceased by his father Donald Lee Pugh.

Left to cherish his memory is his mother Dot Pugh, three sisters, Janet P. Council (David), Rita Pugh and Alesia P. Williams (Doug), nieces and nephews, David Council, IV (Dee), Amy Porch (WJ), Lyn Pope (Haley) and Jessie Spence (Jesse), one great niece and two great nephews, Marissa, Seth and Riley and his four loving cats, Patches, Precious, Red and Puss.
