Franklin – Thomas Wayne "Tommy" Johnson, 60, passed away July 4, 2025 in VCU Medical Center.  Born and raised in Portsmouth, he was a son of the late Carl Edmond Johnson and Sylvia Elizabeth Ellis Johnson.

Left to cherish his memory is a daughter, Lilly Aliff; two sons, Nicholas Armstrong and Tyler Johnson; two sisters, Debra Radford and Robin Causey; a brother, Carl E. Johnson, Jr.; six grandchildren; and special friend, Rose McLean.
