Franklin – Tammy Marie Beatty Britt, 56, passed away October 9, 2017 at home surrounded by her family after a ten year battle with cancer. She was born in Suffolk and was a native of Boykins and was a daughter of the late Milton "Corky" and Bert Beatty. She was also predeceased by a brother Jay Beatty.

Tammy was a member of Boykins Baptist Church, a graduate of Southampton High School and had retired as Assistant Cafeteria Manager at Riverdale Elementary School.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband Marty, her daughter Aaron Nicole Britt , her son Mason Charles Britt all of Franklin, one brother Mickey Beatty of Charlotte, NC, her mother-in-law Amelia G. Britt of Newport News, her brother and sister-in-law, John Chase and Amy Britt of WA, an uncle and aunt, Lucky and Riekie Roncinske of Laredo, TX.

A memorial service will be held at 2PM Sunday, October 15, 2017 in Wright Funeral Home with the Rev. Raymond Bunn officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to any St. Jude Children's Hospital. www.wrightfuneralhome.org
