Dublin, TX - Scott Francis Fleming, 59, was born on June 22, 1964 in Rabat, Morocco, Africa to Francis Erwin Fleming and Matilda Mary Reynolds (nee Anderson) while the family was deployed for his father's naval service.  Scott grew up between Texas and New York and he later joined the US Army and trained for the Corps of Engineers. After his honorable service, he had a variety of careers with the last 20+ years as an over-the-road truck driver for J&M Fast Freight in Buffalo, NY.

Scott was well-loved and respected by all. He was very involved with his nieces and nephews (and greats). He was always a listening ear, helping hand, and strong shoulder for all.

Scott passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 08, 2023 in Franklin, Virginia.  Scott leaves his two children Ashley Fleming (Ralph Thomas) of Stephenville, TX, and Scott Fleming II of Elmyra, NY, granddaughters Hailey Henness (his beloved ALF "alien life form") and Kairi Thomas of Stephenville, TX, father Francis Fleming of NY, brother Leigh Fleming of Dublin, TX, brother Nathan (Annie) Fleming of NY, brother Dana Fleming of NY, and sister Stacie (Rick) Osborne of Dublin, TX, cousin and best friend Craig Johnson of Norwich, NY, his "work wife" Jean Kamysz of Buffalo, NY, and many extended family and friends throughout the country who will miss him dearly.  He was preceded in death by his mother, sisters Vicki Fowlston and Kelly Fleming, and brother Steven Fleming.
