Sandra Capps Poe

Carrsville – Sandra Capps Poe, 86, passed away July 30, 2026 in Suffolk with her family by her side. Raised in Norfolk, she was a daughter of the late Eugene Preston Capps, Sr. and Mildred Mallory Capps. She was also predeceased by two brothers, Eugene P. Capps, Jr. and Donald L. Capps.

Sandra was a 1957 graduate of Norview High School and was a retired Comptroller for Tidewater Occupational Center in Suffolk.

Left to cherish her memory are two sons, Doug Bradshaw (Linda) and Randy Bradshaw; a sister, Barbara C. Long; and two grandchildren, Nicole Costanzo and Kyle Bradshaw.

Services will be private.
