Capron – Ruth Mae Williamson Edwards, 80, widow of Roger Garvin Edwards, passed away November 27, 2014. A native of Dillon, SC, she was a daughter of the late Lucious and Euna Belle Williamson. Mrs. Edwards was also predeceased by two sons, Roger Gray Edwards and John Edwards; two sisters, Victoria and Laura Dean Williamson and one brother, Hubert Williamson. She was a member of Adams Grove Baptist Church and an honorary member of Drewryville Ruritan Club.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Richard Cory Edwards (Annette) of Franklin, Robin Chris Edwards of Aulander, NC, James Lucious Edwards (Micheal) of Drewryville and Larry Lee Edwards (Judy) of Pleasant Hill, NC; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren (number six on the way).

A graveside funeral will be held at 2 PM Sunday, December 7, 2014 at the Drewryville Cemetery with Pastor Rick Franklin officiating. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 pm Saturday, December 6, at Wright Funeral Home, Franklin and suggests memorial donations be made to the Drewryville Volunteer Fire Department, P. O.
