Carrsville – Rudy Dale Creech, 59, passed away July 10, 2018 with his family at his bedside. Born in Franklin on May 22, 1959, Rudy was preceded in death by his parents Thelbert Ray and Alice Godwin Creech. He was a 1978 graduate of Forest Glen High School, worked 33 years as a rewinder operator in the Roll Finishing Department at Union Camp/International Paper until it's closing, then worked for seven years for Huntington Ingalls until his illness. He attended Colosse Baptist Church and enjoyed the Colosse Sportsman's Ministry.

Rudy is survived by his wife of 37 years Yvonne Cutchin Creech; two sons Cody Ray Creech (Sara) and Cassidy Lee Creech; two brothers Jerry R. Creech (Shelly) and twin brother Randy D. Creech (Diane); two sisters-in-law Billie Turner (Glenn) and Fran Jones (Tracy); mother-in-law Peggy D. Cutchin; and nieces and nephews.

A funeral will be held at 2 PM Friday, July 13, 2018 in Wright Funeral Home with the Rev. Tim Webb officiating. The burial will follow at Southampton Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the funeral home and suggests that memorial donations be made to Colosse Baptist Church, c/o Colosse Sportsman's Ministry. Rudy's life was full of wonderful memories with family, friends, and loved ones. The family is grateful for the many blessings expressed during Rudy's life.
