Franklin – Ronald Lee "Ronny" Williams, 69, passed away on February 16, 2023.  Born in Roanoke Rapids, NC but raised in Emporia, he was a son of the late Richard Reeves Williams and Dorothy Louise Wynn Williams.  He was also predeceased by a brother, Ricky Williams.

Ronald received a Bachelor's Degree from James Madison University and was a sales associate for Men's Warehouse.  He was the former owner of R. L. Williams Logging and former owner of Main Affair in Emporia.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Annette Pickett Williams; three daughters, Kara Wireman (Amber), Sydney Williams, and Martha Marks (Gustaaf); a son, Edward Marks (Lauren); a sister, Nancy Williams; a brother, Kenny Allen (Sandy); and three grandchildren, Easton Marks, River Marks, and Barrett Wireman.

A Funeral Service will be held at 3PM Sunday, February 19, 2023 in Wright Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the funeral home.  Entombment will be private.
