Robin Louise Vipperman, 52, passed away December 17, 2008 at her home. She was a native of Newport, Rhode Island and a certified nursing assistant.
Survivors include her husband, James; her mother, Juanita Mengelt of Patrick Springs, VA; a daughter, Krystal Barrett of Courtland; a son, Shawn Boyd of Patrick Springs; a sister, Dawn Moles, and a brother, Ronnie Mengelt, both of Patrick Springs and a brother, David Mengelt of California. She was predeceased by her father, Harry Mengelt.
A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Monday in Calvary Baptist
Church, Stuart, VA, with the Rev. David Freeman officiating. Interment will follow in Hooker Family Cemetery, Vesta, VA. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Wright Funeral Home, Franklin, and one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
