Franklin – Robert Edward Howe, 75, passed away December 27, 2021 in his home.  Born in Hartford, CT on November 14, 1946, he was a son of the late William and Justine Miller Howe.

Robert was the manager of Exmore Exxon on the Eastern Shore for 30 years.

Left to cherish his memory is three daughters, Michele Robbins, Jennifer Dreibelbis (Dwight) and Laura Anderson (Daniel); a son, Robert Edward Howe, Jr. (Alexis); two brothers, William Howe and Richard Howe (Josephine); and six grandchildren, Denise, Jeffrey, Jamie, Kenneth, Evan, and Lainey.
