Courtland – Robert Archie "Bobby" Davis, Sr., 62, died March 5, 2007. Born in Richmond, he was a son of the late Robert Wilson and Mary Davis.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Patricia Ellis Davis; a daughter, Christina Davis Nichols and husband, David, of Carrsville; three sons, Robert A. Davis, Jr., and wife, Loretta, of Franklin, Thomas W. Davis and wife, Robin, of Carrsville and Brian A. Davis of Courtland; two sisters, Carolyn Teets and Marion Brown, both of Barhamsville; seven grandchildren, Amanda, Holly, Thomas, Brian, Breon, Jenna and Alexis. He was predeceased by a sister, Betty Jean Hylemon.
A graveside funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Riverside Cemetery with the Rev. Howard Vinson officiating. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at Wright Funeral Home, Franklin. Condolences may be offered at www.wrightfuneralhome.org.
