Arvonia- Robert Edward "Bob" Baugham, III, 53, passed away May 4, 2016 at the University of Virginia Hospital. Bob was born in Franklin and reared in Sedley. He was a 1980 graduate of Southampton High School and employee of the Virginia State Police.

Survivors include his wife of 19 ½ years, Kathleen Ewell Baugham; his parents, Robert Edward Baugham, Jr. and Margaret Hancock Baugham; a step-daughter, Tiffany Newsome; a sister, Marilyn B. Tomasic (Chris); a brother, Michael Baugham (Debbie) and two grandchildren, Brianna and Ethan Newsome.

A funeral will be held at 2PM Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at Wright Funeral Home, Franklin. Burial will follow in Rosemont Cemetery, Sedley. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30 PM Monday at the funeral home and suggests that memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society. www.wrightfuneralhome.org
