Franklin- Robert Stephen Bell, 54, passed away April 30, 2016. Robert was a native of Franklin and was a son of the late Eldon "Bill" and Pauline "Polly" Bell.

Survivors include a step daughter, Erica Nicole Riccitelli of Petersburg, two step granddaughters, Hannah and Faith Garcia, one sister, Paula Bell Bridgers (Jimmy) of Conway, NC, two brothers, Alan Bell, Jr. (Ellen) of Manteo, NC and David Bell (Mary Evelyn) of Chesapeake, several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 2PM Friday, May 6, 2016 at Wright Funeral Home. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday at 1PM prior to the service and suggests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to a favorite charity. www.wrightfuneralhome.org
