Franklin – Randall Jackson Spivey, 58, passed away June 16, 2022 in East Pavilion.

Born in Franklin on January 16, 1964, he was a son of Joyce Bryant Spivey and the late Spurgeon Robert Spivey.  Randy was a graduate of Franklin City Public Schools and worked for R & R Retread in Courtland and Blackwater Pallet in Franklin for a number of years.

He was predeceased by his father, and two brothers, Bradley Spivey of Zuni and Douglas Spivey of Franklin.

Randy leaves behind his mother, Joyce, one daughter, Jennifer Spivey Norris of Kentucky, his uncle Lloyd Spivey, and numerous cousins and friends.

A Graveside Service will be held at 2PM Monday, June 20, 2022 in Poplar Spring Cemetery with Dr. Charles Qualls officiating.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Franklin Baptist Church.
