Windsor – Ralph Morris O'Neal, 79, passed away November 24, 2022 in his home surrounded by his family. Ralph was born in Norfolk and was predeceased by his father, Ralph Wilson O'Neal. He was also predeceased by three sisters, Carol Reed, Brenda Maupin and Linda Hartley and a granddaughter Dakota Stone. Ralph was a retired Glazier for the Norfolk Naval Base.

Left to cherish his memory is his mother Minnie Nelson O'Neal and his wife of 47 years Patty Darden O'Neal, two daughters, Jackie O. McAlister and Amber O. Griffin, two sons, Ralph M. O'Neal, Jr. (Darlene) and Patrick O'Neal (Adril), five grandchildren, Ryan Connor O'Neal, Olivia Pearl Griffin, Brittany Rose O'Neal, S.C. Stone and Josh McAlister, one sister, Patricia O. Martin and one brother Jack O'Neal.

A Graveside Service will be held at 1 P.M. Monday November 28, 2022 at Western Branch Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Micah Voight officiating. Memorial donations may be made to Carrsville Vol. Fire Department or Western Branch Baptist Church.
