Spring Lake, NC – Ralph Ray Blowe, 61, passed away August 20, 2018 in Transitions Life Care in Raleigh, NC. Ray was born in Norfolk, VA, grew up in Margaretsville, NC, and attended Northampton County Public Schools. He was the son of the late Clifton William Blowe and Hazel Vertz Blowe and was raised by his grandparents Novella and Henry Blowe. Ray was a welder by trade and last worked at Fort Bragg Army Base.

Survivors include one aunt Betty B. Gray of Boykins, VA and two cousins Sheila G. Bailey of Boykins, VA, and Jason William Gray of Rocky Mount, NC.
