Courtland – Rachael Lynn Bailey, 49, passed away August 08, 2022 at her home. Rachael was a daughter of the late Larry West Lowe and Sharon Elaine Hanna Lowe, and was also predeceased by a sister Michelle Driver. She was born in Hopewell, VA and was a retired secretary for the Virginia Department of Corrections.

Left to cherish her memory is a daughter, Samantha Sawyer and husband Richard, two sons, Dougie Bailey (Megan), Christopher Bailey (Kadie), a brother, Daniel "Danny" West Lowe and wife Becky, two grandsons, Junior and Trevor Sawyer, her former husband, Doug Bailey, an aunt, Janet Brooks, and a cousin, Ryan Brooks.

A graveside service will be held at 2 PM , Sunday, August 14, 2022 at Capron Cemetery, with Pastor Matt Kidd officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday from 6-8 PM in Wright Funeral Home, Franklin.
