Phyllis B. Varmette

Franklin – Phyllis Bryant Varmette, 74, passed away December 22, 2024 in her home with her family by her side.  Born in North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Frank Bryant and Nanny Marie Perry.

Phyllis formerly worked at St. Regis and Franklin Equipment.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 46 years, Michael Wayne Varmette; a son, David Franklin Bryant (Heidi); a daughter, Carla Michelle Varmette and ten grandchildren, Lauren Marks (Edward), Jonathan Powell (Brianna), Brooke Sprinkel (Brandon), Alex Powell (Courtney), Shaina Stihl, Jeremy Stihl, Rebekah Strobel, Michael Bryant, Tyler Strobel, and Dawson Bryant; and nine great grandchildren, Easton Marks, River Marks, Sellah Powell, Preston Powell, Myles Powell, Beau Powell, Realynn Strobel, and Rowyn Strobel.

A memorial service will be held at 3PM,  Saturday, January 18, 2025 at Franklin Congregational Christian Church with Rev. James H. Hyatt, Jr. officiating. The family will receive friends following the service in the church.
