Franklin- Phyllis Jean Jenkins, 59, widow of Willard "Leonard" Jenkins , passed away June 24, 2015 at her home. She was a daughter of the late Charles Casey and Bessie Crabtree Casey.

She was a member of the Suffolk Church of Christ and a graduate of Montana State University. She was retired as a drug and alcohol counselor for the state of Tennessee prison system.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Amanda Snow (John) and Christine Babcock both of Franklin, a son Christopher Snow of Hutchinson, KS, four sisters, Carol, Dinah, Loretta and Faye, three brothers, William, her twin brother Wayne and Tim and three grandchildren, Jessica-Paige, Katie and Kyle.

A Memorial service will be held at 7 PM Monday, June 29, 2015 at the Suffolk Church of Christ. www.wrightfuneralhome.org
