Virginia Beach – Paul Thomas Skeeter, 83, passed away June 19, 2018 in The Gardens at Virginia Beach. Paul, formerly of Windsor, was born in Zuni to the late William Thomas and Blanche Carr Skeeter and was predeceased by his wife Louise Johnson Skeeter. Paul was retired Staff Sergeant in the US Marine Corps and a retired long distance truck driver. He was a member of Tucker Swamp Baptist Church.

Survivors include two daughters Anita S. Dodson (Leroy) and Patty Paige Cook; a son Michael Paul Skeeter; one sister Margaret Vann; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

A Graveside Service with Full Military Honors will be held at 2 PM Friday, June 22, 2018 at Tucker Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Curtis Faison officiating. The family will receive friends from 12-1 Friday in Wright Funeral Home, Franklin where the precession will leave at 1:30 PM for the cemetery.
