Como- Patsy Bailey Parker, 84, went to be with her Lord, February 9, 2021. She was born in Southampton County, and grew up in Como, N.C. She was a graduate of Murfreesboro High School and Chowan College. She was retired from Royster - Clark Chemical Company in Conway, N.C., with over 20 years of service, as the office manager. Patsy was a longtime member of Buckhorn Baptist Church and enjoyed singing in the choir.

She was predeceased by her husband of 26 years, Madison Parker, Jr., her parents, Olie Majette Bailey and Lessie Hatfield Bailey, three sisters Olie Mae Culpepper, Doris Joyner Bryant and Brenda Jean Futrell, and a brother C.C. Bailey.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughter Mia P. Williams and her husband Chuck of Pinetown, N.C., a brother Wayne Bailey and his wife Judy of Franklin, two grandchildren, Ashley Alexander and her husband Richard of Como, N.C., Megan Vaughan and her husband Aaron of Union, N.C., and two great-grandchildren Madison Harper Alexander, and Jackson Parker Alexander.

A funeral service will be held at 2 PM , Friday, February 12, 2021, in Buckhorn Baptist Church, with Rev. Bob Deacon officiating. The burial will follow in the church cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Buckhorn Baptist Church.
