Franklin- Pamela (Pam) Sue Richards died on Thursday October, 13, 2016. She was 65. She is survived by her 3 children, Morgan Bird, Shannon Richards, and Shaun Richards and her brother Philip Wirey.

Pam was born in Louisville, KY and grew up in Clinton, TN. She graduated from Clinton High School in 1969 and immediately joined the Navy after graduation. She served in the Navy as a hospital corpsman for 1 year at Portsmouth Naval Hospital. After she was discharged, she returned to Tennessee and went to college at the University of Tennessee. She moved to the Franklin, VA area in 1979 where she lived until 1994. She then returned to Tennessee where she lived until 2014. She then moved back to Franklin, Virginia to be closer to her children.

There will be no viewing or memorial service as the family wishes to mourn in private. www.wrightfuneralhome.org
