Franklin, VA -Norma Page Rowe, 82, passed away September 2, 2012 at her home with her family by her bedside. Mrs. Rowe was born in Hopewell and was a daughter of the late Adren and Emma Jean Ange. She was a resident of Norfolk most of her life and was a retired accountant for the U.S. State Department. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, John Alan Rowe; her daughter, Melissa J. Lindsay and her husband Kevin of Hortonville, WI; her son, Thomas A. Rowe and his wife Patricia of Richmond IN; two grandchildren, Taryn L. Lindsay and Ryan C. Lindsay; one great grandchild, Michael Mead, and many nieces and nephews.
