Franklin - Norma Butler Edwards, formerly of Kill Devil Hills, NC, and Prince George, VA died October 14, 2010 at her residence. She was born in Zuni, VA the daughter of the late Stephen Claiborne Butler and Madge Jones Butler. Norma was predeceased by her husband, Robert G. Edwards.
Survivors include two daughters, Paula E. "Ginny" Burgess (Randy Burgess) and Joan E. Waymack (Brian Waymack); five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 am Tuesday October 19, at Tucker Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery (Zuni) with the Rev. Robert Cofield officiating. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 pm Monday at Wright Funeral Home, Franklin, and suggests memorials be made to a favorite charity.
