Obituary

Carrsville – Mozell Eubanks "Jackie" Jackson died on March 20, 2010 in the East Pavilion surrounded by her family. She was born in Village, Arkansas on September 6, 1919. She was predeceased by her husband, Harry R. "Rusty" Jackson. She was also predeceased by her parents, James E. and Lutie T. Eubanks, and her brothers and sisters, George M. Eubanks, Cleo N. Eubanks, Datie Click, Merriel Watson, all of Arkansas, and Sam E. Eubanks of Franklin, Virginia.
Mrs. Jackson is survived by her two daughters and their husbands, Ann and Ronald Whitley and Denise and Michael Freeman. She is also survived by her four grandchildren and their spouses, Lorrie and Glenn Gaskins, Keith and Shannon Whitley, Bobby and Jennifer Shaffer, Leigh Ann and Brandon McConnell; and her five great-grandchildren, Zachary and Melissa Gaskins, Tyler and Hunter Whitley, and John Robert Shaffer.
She was an active member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church where she belonged to the Kingdom Builders Class, the Senior Adults, and was a charter member of the Melvin Bradshaw Circle. She was also a lifetime member of the Carrsville Home Demonstration Club.
Visitation will be held at Beaver Dam Baptist Church Sunday (Today) from 7 to 8:30 p. m. Services will be conducted by Rev. Dr. Richard Lee Peerey at Beaver Dam Baptist Church at 11:00 a. m. on Monday. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Beaver Dam Baptist Church General Fund. The family wishes to express their appreciation to the staff of East Pavilion and Southampton Memorial Hospice. Wright Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
