Courtland – Maryanne Wehmann Francis, 67, passed away June 12, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Maryanne is survived by her husband of 48 years, Clay Francis; her son, Joshua Francis (Corinne); her daughter, Lindsey Francis; her granddaughter, Lola June Francis; her mother, Carol Dalley; brothers, Steve Wehmann (Jan) and Mark Wehmann (Betty); stepmother, Nanelle Wehmann; many nieces and nephews and their children and families; and a host of close friends.  She was predeceased by her father, Frederick John Wehmann, and her brother, David Wehmann.

She lived by faith, grace, strength, and love.  Her message to all is "Continue on your earthly journey-choose kindness and rejoice always." 1-Thess 51-6.

Maryanne's motto in life, no matter what challenges or adversity she faced, was "It is a perfect day!".  In her memory strive to make every day "the perfect day".

A celebration of her life will be held at a later day.
