Windsor – Mary Gertrude Dovenero Weeks, 84, passed away February 6, 2020 with her family by her side.  Born in New Jersey, she was a daughter of the late Anthony Dovenero and Johanna Hollister Dovenero and was also predeceased by a daughter Rose Didden, a sister Joan White, two brothers Harry and Jack Bermes, and the father of her children, John G. Didden, Sr.  Mary was a member of St. Jude's Catholic Church and a Sunday school teacher.

Left to cherish her memory are four daughters Kathy Olson (Gary); Joan Sparks (Tom), Cheryl Dawkins (Kevin), Eileen Stugart (John), and three sons John Gabariel Didden, Jr., Bart Didden (Debbie), and James Didden; a sister Dorothy Colditz; eighteen grandchildren; thirty great grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM Monday, February 10, 2020 in St. Jude Catholic Church with Father Charles Saglio officiating.  Burial will follow in Colosse Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 PM Sunday in Wright Funeral Home and suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to St. Jude Catholic Church, 1014 Clay Street, Franklin, VA 23851.
