Franklin – Mary Everett, Parker, 75, widow of Kenneth Edward Parker, died April 18, 2010 at Southampton Memorial Hospital. She was born in Nansemond County, the daughter of the late Bertha Lassiter Everett and Edward Henry Everett and was predeceased by a brother, Elisha Everett.
Survivors include her daughter, Janice Parker (William Harrison) of Franklin; two sons, Kenneth R. Everett (Jean) of Capron and Kerry L. Parker (Anna) of Franklin; one brother, William I. Everett of the Eastern Shore; six grandchildren, Kristie Harrison, Michael Parker, Dustin Parker, Paige Parker, Erica Everett, Ronnie Everett; one great-grandson, Logan Parker.
Mary will be laid to rest at 10:00 am Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at Southampton Memorial Park. Wright Funeral Home is assisting the family.
