Carrsville – Mary Colleen Kelly Hunnicutt, 57, passed away April 25, 2012. She was a daughter of the late William Luis and Mary Oldershaw Kelly and was predeceased by her son, Jason M. Hunnicutt. Mary was a member of Mt. Carmel Christian Church and the Ladies Auxiliary of VFW Post 4411 in Franklin.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband, William Douglas "Bill" Hunnicutt, Jr., her daughter, Kelly M. Johnson of Coats, NC, three grandchildren, Gabriel M. Hunnicutt, Tanner N. Holland and Micheal T. Johnson, one niece, Sontina Healey and one nephew, John Kelly.
A memorial service will be held at 2 PM, Saturday, April 28, 2012 at Mt. Carmel Christian Church, Walters, VA with Rev. Don Rosie and Rev. Charles Worth officiating. A reception will follow the service at VFW Post 4411, 32414 John Beverly Rose Drive, Franklin, VA. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mt. Carmel Christian Church.
