Franklin – Mary Francis Dunlow, 78, widow of James E. Dunlow, Sr., passed away January 30, 2015. She was a native of Southampton County and was a daughter of the late Joseph James and Helen Story Francis. Mrs. Dunlow was also predeceased by a brother, Joe B. Francis. She was a graduate of Newsoms High School and a member of Sycamore Baptist Church.

Left to cherish her memory is one daughter, Nancy D. Joyner, and husband, Larry; one son, James E. "Jimmy" Dunlow, Jr.; one sister, Ellen F. Gyoker; one brother, Roy R. Francis; a sister-in-law, Audrey Francis; three grandchildren, Larry James "Jamie" Joyner, Jr., and fiancé, Amanda Rawls, Amanda J. Banks, and husband, Dallas, and James E. "Jay" Dunlow, III, and wife, Tabetha; and three great-grandchildren, Devin Ray Dunlow, Dustin Edward Dunlow and Zoe Izabella Banks.

The funeral will be held at 2 PM Sunday, February 1, 2015, at Wright Funeral Home with the Rev. Dr. Roger Crump officiating. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends at the home of Nancy and Larry Joyner, 109 Holly Cove Street, Franklin and suggests memorial donations be made to Sycamore Baptist Church. www.wrightfuneralhome.org
