Franklin – Mark Louis Capps, 49, died May 7, 2010 in Hampton. He was born in Suffolk, a son of the late Louise Babb Capps and Chester Mark Capps, and was predeceased by a brother, William Clark Capps. Mark was a welder with Warwick Plumbing & Heating and was a member of Local 540. He was a member of Sedley Baptist Church.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 23 years, Jennifer Burgess Capps; two daughters, Erin Barton Capps and Sarah Marie Capps; two special aunts, Linda Warren and Becky Evans, both of Suffolk; sister-in-law, Michelle Capps; nephew, Tyler Capps; cousins, Ronald Keith Warren and Michael Warren; and his father and mother-in-law, Earl and Cecilia Burgess of Sedley.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 am Monday, May 10, 2010, at the Sedley Baptist Church with the Rev. James Foreman officiating. Interment will follow in Rosemont Cemetery. The family will receive friends today (Sunday)from 7 to 8:30 pm at Wright Funeral Home.
