Suffolk – Marion DeBordenave Blythe, 72, passed away on January 16, 2023 in his home with family by his side.  Born January 30, 1950 in Suffolk, he was a son of the late Jessie DeBordenave Blythe and Marie Harrell Blythe.

Marion was a 1968 graduate of Forest Glen High School and was a retired sawyer.  He was a family man and loved hunting and surf fishing.  Marion was an avid reader.

Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Chris D. Blythe; four sons, Darrell Blythe (Wanda), Scott Blough (Jeannie), Dwayne Blythe (Kimberly) and Shawn Blythe (Monica); a sister, Edith Warren (Mike); two brothers, Beverly L. Blythe (Wanda) and Jessie C. Blythe (Donna); and ten grandchildren, Justin, Megan, Justin, Ethan, Kendal, Rachel, Callie, Tess, Makalya, and Avrie.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
