Franklin – Marianna Young Eubank, 83, died February 25, 2009 in Naples, Fl. Born in Providence, KY on February 22, 1916, she was the daughter of the late Edgar Monroe and Anna Bishop Young and was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Ben P. Eubank, Jr. Survivors include her son, Ben P. Eubank, III and wife, Laura, of Lexington, KY; her daughter, Lucy Eubank Peak and husband, Dr. Daniel K. Peak, Jr., of Franklin and five grandchildren, Ben P. Eubank, IV, Susanna Blanton Eubank, Mary Clay Eubank, Callie Chapman Peak and Eliza Keene Peak.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in Lexington, KY and the family suggests, in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to a charity of choice. Wright Funeral Home is assisting the family. www.wrightfuneralhome.org.
