Franklin – Marian Florence Jones McCafferty, 82, widow of James Joseph McCafferty, passed away April 14, 2007. Born in San Francisco, CA, she was a daughter of the late William Leo Jones and Lillian Delantoni Robinson Jones . She was a secretary with the Visiting Nurses Association for thirty years and was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Maura M. Britt and husband, Joel, of Courtland; her sister, Beverly Regeimbal; four grandchildren, Kaitlyn Marie Britt, Michaela Anne Britt, Wendy Dawn B. Hosino and Wade S. Britt; five great-grandchildren, Anslie and Abigail Hosino and Taylor, Mikael and Cody Britt . She was predeceased by a son, Michael Joseph McCafferty and a brother, William "Buddy" Jones.
A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated Sunday, April 29, 2007 at 11 a.m.
at St. Jude Catholic Church with the Fr. Charles Saglio officiating. Interment will be in Arlington National Cemetery.
