Boykins – Margaret Eglantine Revelle Smith, 83, widow of Curry Wilson Smith, died August 25, 2009 at her residence. She was born in the Ashley's Grove Community, the
daughter of the late Myrtle Evans and Tommie Clayton Revelle and was predeceased by two brothers, Robert Revelle and Talbert Revelle. Mrs. Smith was a member of Boykins Baptist Church and its Ruth Bible Class and the Tarrara Womens Club.
Survivors include her daughter, Margaret Wilson Smith Murray and her husband, Joe, of Murfreesboro, NC; two grandchildren, Jo Revelle Murray and Margaret Bardin Murray; and one brother, Carson Revelle of Murfreesboro, NC.
The funeral will be conducted Friday at 3 pm at Boykins Baptist Church with the Rev. Raymond Bunn officiating. Interment will follow in Beechwood Cemetery.
