Mabel Randall Wilcox, 102, of Franklin, VA, formerly of Binghamton, NY went home to be with her Lord October 8, 2017. She was predeceased by her husbands James E. Randall and Harold Wilcox, sisters Margaret Gaskill and Mary Elizabeth Kinney, brothers Robert and Stephen Parker.

She is survived by her daughter Patricia (Carl) Bales and son James (Nancy) Randall, grandchildren, Ronald E. Bales, Jennifer (Chris) Tramanto, James C. (Bobbie Jo) Randall, Susan (Sean) Iseminger and Richard C. Randall, 12 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A former resident of Binghamton, Mabel worked as a nurse and was a former member of Calvary and Central Baptist Churches.

A funeral service will be held at 9:00 am Monday October 30 in the Tower of Memories at Vestal Hills Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers consider a memorial gift to the Billy Graham Evangelical Assoc.  1 Billy Graham Parkway, Charlotte, NC 28201. Wright Funeral Home, Franklin VA has charge of local arrangements.
