Capron – Louella Vick Tisdale, 94, of the Joyner community of Southampton County passed away on November 19, 2013 at the East Pavilion. Born in Logan, WV, she was a daughter of the late Joseph B. and Ella Justice Vick and was the oldest member of Joyner United Methodist Church. She was predeceased by her husband of 53 years, Edward Everett Tisdale; sisters, Mildred Smith, Dorothy Richards, and Catherine Everett; and brothers, Jack W. Vick and Jimmy I. Vick.
Survivors include nieces and nephews.
