Windsor – Linda Pelfrey Smith, 70, passed away Monday, May 20, 2019 in her home.  She was a daughter of the late Clarence Cleo Alley and Dorothy L. Williams Alley.  Linda was a 1966 graduate of Kellam High School and also a graduate of ECPI.

Left to cherish her memory are two daughters Jennifer Hammond and Julie Boulais; a son John Pelfrey; a sister Laura Field; her former husband and caregiver Joseph W. Smith, Jr.; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
