Unity – Lilly Belle Brock Faison, 85, passed away February 12, 2022 in East Pavilion surrounded by her family.

Mrs. Faison was a native of Southampton County and was the daughter of the late Alvin Grant Brock and Beatrice Turner Brock.

She was retired from Beale's Meat Packing and a member of Black Creek Baptist Church. She sacrificed all for her family and always put others first. She taught others how to live out their faith and showed the love of Christ to all.

Left to cherish her memory is a daughter, Diana F. Beale (Johnie) a son, Rev. Curtis Faison (Beth), two brothers, A. Grant Brock Jr. (Carol) and Ivan M. Brock (JoAnn), three grandchildren, Ashlee F. Wallace (Tom), Brock Faison (Danielle), Jennifer Beale (Steven), five great-grandchildren, a niece Tara Taylor and a nephew Chad Brock. She was predeceased by a grandson, Brandon Ray Faison.

A funeral service will be held at 2PM Tuesday February 15, 2022 at Black Creek Baptist Church. The burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon from 3 to 5PM in Wright Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made to Black Creek Baptist Church or the American Cancer Society. The family would like to thank her East Pavilion family, each of you showed her love and care for all the years that she was with you. We will be forever grateful for all that you did to make her life one of joy.
