Franklin – Larry Wayne Pulley, 76, passed away May 1, 2019, in Courtland Health and Rehabilitation Center.  Born in North Carolina and formerly of Chesterfield County, VA, he was the son of the late Charles Douglas and Odell Wilson Pulley and was also predeceased by his wife Helen Barlow Pulley, a son James Pulley, and two sisters, Sarah P. Norwood and Audrey P. Keller.  Larry was a Navy Veteran during the Vietnam era and was a retired electrician with DuPont.

Survivors include many nieces and nephews.
